Regional Coordinators
The Division of Continuing Dental Education developed and currently coordinates the activities of a province-wide network of Regional Coordinators who are trained to plan continuing education programs in their own regions. This network contributes substantially to the effectiveness of the mandatory system by ensuring that continuing education is readily accessible to practitioners in most areas of the province. The College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia provides a grant to the Division which pays for the development and maintenance of the network and the annual training session.
