Marilyn (Dionne) Teed passed away on December 5, 1997, after fighting a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. Marilyn was a wife, daughter, sister, mother and graduate of the UBC dental hygiene program. Read her full obituary

In 2000, Marilyn’s friends, family and colleagues came together to endow the Marilyn Dionne Teed Memorial Award. This award honours her memory and is given to a graduating dental hygiene student who has shown outstanding integrity, dedication, loyalty and perseverance during their undergraduate years.
