Dr. HsingChi von Bergmann

Dr. HsingChi von Bergmann was recently recognized as a winner of a prestigious 2021 Killam Teaching Prize – one of UBC’s highest teaching honours.

In June, Dr. von Bergmann was also recognized by the UBC Board of Governors at their monthly meeting, in recognition of her achievement in receiving the Killam Teaching Prize.

The Office of the Provost selected her for this special “notable distinction” recognition in the “teaching” category for her transformative impact on teaching and learning at an institutional, disciplinary, and societal level.
