Dr. Lawrence Rossoff, clinical assistant professor, was inducted into the American College of Dentists (ACD) as a new Fellow. The convocation was held October 8, 2010, at the ACD Annual Meeting and Convocation in Orlando, Florida.

The American College of Dentists is the oldest national [US] honorary organization for dentists. Its members have exemplified excellence through outstanding leadership and exceptional contributions to dentistry and society.

Rossoff’s teaching areas are preventive and community dentistry and pre-clinical instruction.

He is also one of three core faculty members leading the Faculty of Dentistry’s Professionalism and Community Service (PACS) program, a dynamic model combining classroom learning with community-based outreach initiatives.
