Dr. Maha Al-Sahan, PhD candidate in the Graduate Prosthodontics Program, received an award for presenting her research (as a part of her PhD thesis) at a joint meeting of the International College of Prosthodontics (18th Biennial Meeting) and the European Prosthodontic Association (43rd Annual Meeting) held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, from September 4 to 7, 2019. The title of her poster was “Developing a Metatheory of How People Manage Tooth Loss.” Her co-supervisors are Drs. Ross Bryant, Assistant Professor, and Michael MacEntee, Professor Emeritus, both in the Department of Oral Health Sciences.
