UBC Collaborative Research Mobility Award

Dr. Adriana Manso

Congratulations to Dr. Adriana Manso, who has received a UBC Collaborative Research Mobility Award!

The Collaborative Research Mobility Awards are designed to facilitate collaboration on timely research opportunities by enabling researchers to move between campuses or institutions.

Dr. Manso’s project titled, Dental Biomaterials and Oral Microbiome, will facilitate collaboration between our Faculty and UBC Okanagan research laboratories. She expects that this funding will allow the development of a solid collaboration between the study of Human Microbiomes and Dental Biomaterial, leading to further innovative research projects, new discoveries, and ultimately a deeper understanding of potential links between dental materials on microbiomes.

Dr. Manso’s proposal received $5000 in funding for the year, and was one of only five proposals that were funded.
