Graduate Orthodontics Program

UBC Dentistry’s Graduate Orthodontics Program located on-campus is accepting patients of all ages (children and adults) for Braces and Invisalign. Our graduate students are dentists who are training to become Certified Specialists in Orthodontics and are supervised by Certified Orthodontic Specialists.

1. Screening appointment is complimentary
2. Total orthodontic treatment cost is $4,200.00 (interest-free payment plans available)
   1. We do NOT provide direct billing but can provide a claim form for you to submit to your insurance.
   2. Total fees do not include adjunctive treatment (ie. Extractions, implants, surgery, etc.)
   3. Cash, Interac, Visa, or Mastercard are accepted.
3. Patients are required to be under the care of a general dentist for regular check-ups and cleanings throughout orthodontic treatment.
4. Time Commitment:
   1. Patients will be scheduled on the same day for every appointment as they are assigned to a Supervising Orthodontist Instructor.
   2. Appointment times are between 9am-12pm or 2pm-5pm. There are NO appointments before or after school/work hours or on weekends.
   3. Appointments will be once every 4-8 weeks.
   4. Total treatment time is 2-3 years. This is longer than similar treatment in private practice as this is a learning institution.
