Studying Tips

Whether you are stuck at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic or just doing some at-home studying, these study-at-home tips are for you!

Plan Ahead: Designate a time and place to study that will be conducive to studying; avoid studying on your bed or in front of the TV. You can also set an alarm to remind yourself of your commitment.

Be consistent: Create a study schedule and do your best to stick to it every day!

Switch It Up: Switch between classes while studying – cover multiple classes in a single day to create variation.

Take Breaks: It is important to take care of yourself and break your studying into manageable pieces. Study consistently for shorter periods, rather than cramming everything into one day.

What Works for You: Perhaps the most important step is to do what has worked for you in the past! While testing new methods can offer valuable insight, sometimes sticking to a tried-and-true style is equally beneficial.
