Dentistry Counselling: This is a counselling service provided by the Faculty of Dentistry. Visit the intranet for more information on our counselling services.

Wellness Centre Online: This a Canvas space for engaging in wellbeing topics, no matter where you are. Access up-to-date health education and information, on- and off-campus health resources, student wellbeing tips and strategies, and peer stories. All UBC students can self-enroll using this link.

UBC Counselling: Counselling services are available for students through UBC’s Brock Hall. Drop-in counselling and wellness advising appointments are offered. Due to COVID-19, all appointments currently are being offered by phone at (604) 822-3811.

Therapy Assistance Online (TAO): TAO is an interactive, web-based program that provides assistance to help overcome anxiety, depression, and other concerns. Sign up online or on the TAO Mobile app using your UBC e-mail.

Here2Talk: Here2Talk connects students with mental health support. This program offers confidential counselling and community referral services and is free for all students currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution. Available 24/7 via app, website, and phone at 1 (877) 857-3397.

UBC Student Assistance Program (SAP): UBC recently replaced Empower Me with the new UBC Student Assistance Program. UBC SAP provides free, 24/7 personal counselling and life coaching for all UBC students, wherever they are located. Services are available in multiple languages by phone, video, in-person, and via e-counselling. There are also self-guided options, including the AWARE Mindfulness Program and Computerized Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT).
