BC Virtual Mental Health Support: The Province of British Columbia has compiled a list of resources for virtual mental health support. Anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic can seek help.

Canadian Mental Health Association COVID-19 Resources: CMHA has gathered resources and suggestions to help support your mental health during this time of uncertainty. The page will be updated regularly, so check back for new resources.

UBC Counselling Services Group Programs: UBC Counselling Services has several online group programs available during the COVID-19 pandemic. Students do not need a referral to join any of the online programs.

UBC Dentistry Student Wellbeing: Our student wellbeing page contains a comprehensive list of additional mental health resources.

Wellness Centre: This a peer hosted space located in the UBC Life Building offering many wellbeing programs, including substance abuse and safer sex resources.
